Jane McDonald teases Channel 5 series that's 'a dream come true'
Jane McDonald will explore America's country music capital in her new programme
Jane McDonald thrilled fans as she revealed details of her upcoming Channel 5 series.
The singer and former Loose Women panellist has been busy filming Jane McDonald in Nashville, which will see the Yorkshire-born celebrity travelling to the US to discover the gems of the country music capital.
With the launch date merely days away, Jane posted a message on Instagram telling her followers that she was eager to share it with them.
The star shared a video on the platform showing herself wearing a country hat, while Shania Twain's Man! I Feel Like A Woman! played, reports the Mirror.
"Well... let's go girls," she penned. "My Nashville adventure is nearly here! Jane McDonald in Nashville starts 9th April at 9pm on @channel5_tv. I can't wait for you to see it."

Describing Jane as a "country queen", Channel 5 also announced the programme, adding numerous photographs of the singer in the US on Instagram.
Her fans were delighted at the news, with one commenting on Instagram: "Yesssss! Cant wait for this!"
"This is going to be EPIC," said another. "I'd run through a wall for Jane," confessed another admirer, while someone else said: "Looking forward to watching this."
"Oh happy days!!!" declared another of Jane's fans.
"You are just simply THE BEST and a breath of fresh air," somebody else observed.
The Cruising with Jane McDonald presenter announced her Nashville programme last year, telling fans in a post on her website that she was "so excited" about the travel special.
"Jane McDonald's Nashville is a two-part series where I'll be exploring the sights, sounds and stories that make the home of country music such a magical place," she said.
"From the legendary Bluebird Café to the Grand Ole Opry, I'll be soaking up the Southern charm, incredible music and a good dose of country soul. I'll also be putting together my own 'Must-See, Must-Do' list - from the Jack Daniel's Distillery and the Parthenon replica to historic homes and even one of Nashville's famous Pedal Tavern tours (wish me luck on that one!)."
"There's so much history, passion and talent here," Jane added, describing the adventure as "truly a dream come true".
