GB News halted their live coverage after the Duke of Sussex was seen leaving the Royal Courts of Justice on Monday. A case brought by Prince Harry, Liz Hurley, Sadie Frost, Elton John, and three others against the publisher of the Daily Mail is under way in London. Their lawyer tells the court that Associated Newspapers used private investigators and "blaggers" to gather information unlawfully.

This is Prince Harry's third major court battle accusing newspaper groups of unlawful behaviour. He's expected to give evidence later this week. Associated Newspapers Limited denies the allegations, and will soon set out its case.

GB News broadcaster Martin Debauney briefly paused his coverage to go live to the High Court as royal commentator Cameron Walker delivered a fresh update on the case as Harry was pictured leaving court.

"There he is. The man of the moment kept us waiting around 25 minutes," Martin explained. "Fair play. He is a prince. Cameron Walker, Prince Harry finally emerged."

Cameron replied: "Yes. There he is giving a bit of a wave and a smile to the press. Which is ironic really because he is suing the publisher of The Mail and The Mail On Sunday.

"Flanked by his security guards and one aide there."

Speaking about Harry's appearance inside the courtroom, he was described as "calm and composed".

The royal correspondent continued: "He is smiling. He is waving to members of the press."

In a bombshell statement, Cameron shared: "A spokesperson said [Harry] is incredibly confident."

Prince Harry was present in the courtroom on Monday for the first day of the trial, which is expected to last nine weeks.

It is his third major court battle accusing newspaper groups of unlawful behaviour.
