Christine Weil Schirmer joined Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's team in 2020 as head of communications at Archewell but left quietly late last year, it has been revealed.

She is the tenth staff member to have left the couple in the past three years. She is now said to have taken up a job with PR giant Brunswick advising clients on reputation management, according to the Daily Mail.

Described as "the real deal", she previously worked for Apple and Pinterest and studied at Northwestern University in Illinois at the same time as Meghan Markle - but it is not known if their paths ever crossed.

This news has emerged just weeks after it was revealed that the Sussexes' chief of staff Josh Kettler suddenly quit his job after barely three months in the role.

Speaking out following Josh's departure, a former employee told the Mirror: "What may be most telling is that the entire time I worked there, I don't think I heard a single current or former employee on their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance."

A right royal snub - who made the cut at Princess Martha Louise's wedding?

Norway’s Royal Family has shared a lovely family photo from Princess Märtha Louise's wedding to Durek Verrett on Saturday, but not everyone made it into the picture.

Beaming alongside the newlyweds were Märtha's three daughters - Maud Angelica, 21, Leah Isadora, 19, and Emma Tallulah, 15 - along with her parents, King Harald and Queen Sonja.

However, the image also highlighted some notable absences from the 350-guest event. Among those missing were Prince Haakon's stepson, Marius Borg Høiby, and the groom’s estranged mother, Veruschka Urquhart, as well as his sister, Demi DeLaNuit.

The discussions took place during this summer's Balmoral summit, convened by King Charles and Queen Camilla to shape the future of the monarchy.

Sources have revealed that one of the main focuses of the summit was the next generation of royals, signaling a strategic shift away from the ongoing issues surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

A source told Hello! that Kate had forgotten to bring socks for George and Charlotte to wear while trying on their new shoes.

Prince Harry's last-minute UK visit proves his security concerns are a right royal farce

Could it be that Harry wanted to perpetuate the illusion that he can only visit the UK with a Home Office-funded security squad and not a trip he could make otherwise?Sources close to the Duke of Sussex previously claimed that he is keen to spend more time in the UK, but the requirement to give 28-days' notice before his arrival has been a significant barrier. However, this logistical challenge seems to be more than just an inconvenience. It appears that Harry is leveraging his security concerns as a tool to manipulate his relationship with the Royal Family, particularly in the wake of his departure as a working royal in 2020.
