This Morning: Sydnie Christmas talks about dealing with agents after BGT win

Britain's Got Talent winner Sydnie Christmas has asked: "Am I worthy enough?" as her life-changing victory continues to set in. The singer appeared on This Morning on Monday (June 3) to discuss her win with hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley.

Clearly still buzzing from what was a very exciting evening she admitted she didn't know what was happening with her Royal Variety Show performance. She also revealed that agents have been in touch with her.

However some of them represent huge names and the 28-year-old confessed to some self doubt. She admitted she was looking at the names on their books and asking herself "am I worthy enough?"

"I’ve had some interest from some really good agencies and then it’s just picking which one is right for you. But I think I’m hellbent on an [specific] agency - just sorting things out which is so exciting.

"And the people that are on their books I just look at this page and think 'Am I worthy enough to be on this same page as these people?' People who I grew up watching.”

Sydnie walked away with a whopping £250,000 cash prize and a spot at this year’s Royal Variety Performance after winning the show.

She told Cat and Ben that she had joked with the Britain's Got Talent vocal coach that she could afford to pay her now, as she acknowledged that the show's official coach had made her a better singer in two months than her entire three years of college had.

Following her win on Sunday nights show she became emotional talking to Declan Donnelly as she thanked her fans for their support in a gushing tribute.

“I am overwhelmed with love and it’s the most amazing thing. I wish, I wish for one day that every single person in this room can feel the way that I do, one day, with this love. It’s amazing, thank you so much,” she said.

Following her win she and her family headed to the nearest Wetherspoons to celebrate.

She took to her Instagram stories to post an image captioned: "Thank you everyone who voted for me. I don't know... My life! The Christmas clan are celebrating in the Wetherspoons."

This Morning is on ITV weekdays at 10am
