EastEnders fans are convinced that Bobby Beale, played by Clay Milner Russell, is set for a dramatic exit from the soap.
The character has been at the centre of numerous high-profile storylines in Albert Square, most notably in 2014 when it was revealed he had killed his half-sister, Lucy Beale, portrayed by Hetti Bywater.
After serving time in a young offenders institution, Bobby returned to the square in 2019, with Clay taking over the role from Eliot Carrington. Recently, Bobby's life has been further complicated by the return of Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), who struggles to accept him after he murdered her daughter.
Tensions escalated when Cindy gave Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) an ultimatum: choose between her or Bobby. Additionally, Bobby has found himself entangled in a love triangle with Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) and Anna Knight (Molly Rainford).
Despite initial heartbreak over Freddie's one-night stand with Anna, Bobby is now dating her. However, in April this year, it was announced that Clay would be leaving the soap, marking a "definite goodbye" to Albert Square after five years on the show.

Now, as his rumoured departure looms, devotees of the show are convinced they've pieced together his final storyline - and it's a grim one. On a buzzing Reddit thread, an eagle-eyed viewer highlighted a recent interview with Michelle Collins, who plays Cindy Beale, reports the Daily Star.
The actress hinted at a darker turn for her character, saying Cindy is set to become "a whole lot badder."
This revelation has sparked a frenzy among fans, with many speculating that Cindy might be gearing up to kill Bobby in an unexpected plot twist.
One fan speculated: "RIP Bobby, I guess." Another added fuel to the theory, commenting: "And Bobby is leaving. let's put two and two together.."
Another chimed in with their prediction: "I guess she's going to plot to get rid of bobby and is successful." Echoing this sentiment, someone else wrote: "She's gonna kill Bobby isn't she."
Yet, there's another camp of viewers who believe heartbreak rather than homicide will drive Bobby's exit. One theorised: "I think Bobby is going to leave Eastenders because Anna and Freddie might hook up again."
