This Morning guest Camilla Tominey left her co-stars in shock when she revealed the age at which she first met her husband.
The 46-year-old joined the popular ITV show on Wednesday (June 26) to discuss the latest headlines with hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, along with regular guest Tom Swarbrick.
During a conversation about romance and engagements, prompted by a recent story of a Lancashire woman getting engaged after just three hours, both Camilla and Tom were asked when they first met their partners. After Tom shared that he met his wife at 18, Camilla surprised everyone by revealing she met her now-husband at the tender age of nine.
A shocked Tom exclaimed "at nine!" Camilla went on to explain that her husband, Dominic, was a friend of her older brother and was in a band at the time, aged 13. When asked if they remained friends or reconnected later, Camilla explained they reunited in 2001, adding: "A mutual friend remembered I had a crush on him when I was a teenager and also I grew up with him almost. We all arranged a party and we got together."
Reacting to Camilla's story and also discussing abrupt engagements, fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter. One fan wrote: "I've never had the love at first sight thing only had one proper boyfriend LOL."
Another person commented: "Engaged after 3 hours... a woman I worked with moved in with her bf after 3 DATES. Yeah I'm good lmao," reports the Mirror.

In related news, a couple who decided to tie the knot just three hours after meeting have now celebrated an incredible 57 years together. Jackie Adams, now 73, and Richard, aged 78, first crossed paths at a friend's parents' bash nearly six decades ago, where they hit it off on the dance floor.
The couple, who went on to have four children, still consider themselves utterly inseparable to this day.
Jackie recounted her whirlwind romance to Lancs Live, saying: "We'd never spoken before, but on this particular night, he walked me home, kissed me goodnight and asked me to marry him. I laughed at first and said 'I don't really know you.'"
