The 49-year-old BBC favourite spoke out on Twitter this morning during her usual duties on the news programme.
One viewer tweeted Louise saying: "@BBCBreakfast has @louiseminchin fallen out with @mrdanwalker this morning? She seems a wee bit [angry emoji]."
Addressing the allegation that the pair had had a falling out, Louise quipped: "I never fall out with @mrdanwalker unless he nicks my pen, which he hasn't today."
Dan, 40, has not yet responded to the presenter's jokey reply.

Louise tweeted a viewer who observed that she seemed angry
Earlier this year, Dan left his female colleague unimpressed as he joked about the BBC gender pay gap on the day that the broadcaster published details of their onscreen talent.
Announcing that it would be a "fun day", his lighthearted comment was met by a stony-faced reaction from Louise and it was later revealed that he raked in a massive £250,000 whilst she failed to make the list.
However, Dan's salary also reflects his pay for other roles, not only his BBC Breakfast presenting duties, meaning that the disparity is not simply between their salaries for the same job.

Police cracked down on voting at polling stations in the referendum in Catalonia yesterday
Catalan officials have revealed that 90% of the votes cast yesterday backed independence from Spain after national police seized ballot papers and boxed at polling stations.
The constitutional court had banned the vote, with hundreds of people injured later as the police force attempted to block voting.
Despite the police crackdown, the region has voted for independence in what the Spanish government has deemed an illegal referendum.
