Victoria Beckham in 'awkward place' over Harry and William row due to Meghan Markle's move

Victoria Beckham is said to be in an awkward place because of the ongoing feud between Prince Harry and Prince William, as the royal row is reportedly impacting a potential reignition of her friendship with Meghan Markle.

In recent weeks, the Duchess of Sussex has been seen wearing some of Victoria’s clothes from her brand, which some have seen as evidence of a desire to heal the reported rift between herself and the fashion designer.

However, a hurdle facing a potential warming of relations between the pair is the rift between Harry and William that shows little sign of abating. Furthermore, Victoria and David Beckham are close friends with the latter and his wife Princess Kate.

A source has claimed to Heat that Victoria and David don’t want to “jeopardise” their friendship with William and Kate and are keen to stay on their “good side”.

The latest throw of the dice between Meghan and Victoria comes after claims surfaced that Harry has told friends he feels like a “spare” in the USA.

They told Heat: “Meghan wearing a silk shirt from Vic’s collection was a very conscious move to restore their friendship. Although Vic was flattered…it has put her in quite an awkward position.

“She normally always likes to publicise it on her socials when an A-lister wears her clothes, but this time it was difficult because she and David are good friends with Kate and William.

“She didn’t want to intentionally embarrass Meghan, but she really wants to work with Kate in the future and doesn’t want anything to jeopardise that. Both she and David want to stay on their good side.”

Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Harry is becoming increasingly dissatisfied with his life in the USA over four years after initially moving across the Atlantic.

A source told The Sun that the Duke of Sussex is feeling more and more isolated in California and has started rebuilding links with friends in the UK.

They claimed: “Harry is feeling more and more isolated in California, which is why he has been reconnecting with old friends back home.

“The Colombia trip also really highlighted how Meghan is comfortable stepping into the spotlight, while Harry cuts a very sulky, unhappy figure in the background. He wants to carve out a way back into royal life back in the UK and is seeking counsel from old friends and associates.”

This isn’t the first time it has been reported that Harry may be trying to work out how to return to his home turf. Another source claimed to the Mail that he's realised what he’s doing is “not working”.

The unnamed individual told the publication: “He is clearly reaching out thinking, 'I need to do something different because what I'm doing is clearly not working'. In short, he is rethinking the way he operates.”

Following reports that Harry is beginning to think through his return to the UK, royal expert Angela Levin told GB News that the prince was “going to all these friends of his who he was at school with, plus one aide only to ask him to try and get him back within the Royal Family”.

Angela claimed: "If he wants to go to speak to his father, he can say, look, I'm really sorry. But he doesn't want to say he's sorry, he wants to get money and he wants to get apologies, especially from William, about how they allegedly treated Meghan."
