Prince William’s four-word response when asked about Prince Harry's birthday
Prince Harry is set to celebrate his 40th birthday today, September 15.
Prince William previously had a blunt four-word response when a royal fan asked whether he had forgotten Prince Harry's birthday.
During an appearance at the Sandringham Estate last year - which took place Harry's birthday on September 15 - one royal fan asked him if he had "forgotten" his younger brother's big day.
According to The Sun, William assured fans that he had not forgotten his brother's birthday. The publication reported that William replied: "It is his birthday today - you’re absolutely right, it is," adding: "No, I’ve not forgotten."
However, he did not make a public statement about his brother's big day, which is customary to do for senior members of the Royal Family.
As well as no public post about Harry's birthday last year, King Charles also made no announcement of his youngest son's big day.

Buckingham Palace has indicated that the Firm now only sends public birthday wishes to those who are senior working members.
Harry spent his 39th birthday with Meghan Markle at the Invictus Games in Germany. To mark this year's milestone, it has been reported that Harry will spend his 40th birthday with those closest to him.
The royal is rumoured to be going to a retreat in California with a few of his "closest mates" - some of whom may fly over from the UK.
The celebrations are set to take place after spending his actual birthday with Meghan and their two children at their £11million mansion in Montecito.

Speaking of Harry's birthday plans, a source told Express.co.uk: "The Cold Spring Trail has lots of streams and pools which people regularly take a dip in.
"But there are also lots of snakes and other wildlife to contend with, like large cats.
"Harry and his friends will truly experience the outdoors as they take on one of the long hikes. Let's hope he's taking an experienced guide with him."
