Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, as senior members of the Royal family, were destined for public life from birth. With their growth year by year serving as a delight for fans worldwide.

However, their parents, Prince William and Kate, Princess of Wales, have always strived to strike a "balance" between their public exposure and private life.

In their early years, sightings of the young royals were scarce, with events like Trooping The Colour being one of the few occasions fans could catch a glimpse of them.

As they edge towards adulthood, their public appearances have increased, albeit under the watchful eyes of their protective parents.

Yet crucially, the way William and Kate have introduced their children to their Royal duties clearly indicates their successful parenting approach, reports the Mirror.

Former BBC Royal correspondent Jennie Bond revealed to OK!,how the couple have managed their children's inevitable fate while setting some boundaries. She said: "William and Catherine have taken a very measured and mature decision to show the children gradually what life is going to be like for them... but to keep most of their lives private for now."

"The fact that all three are at school together must strengthen their family unit, and their parents act like other parents in doing the school run as often as possible. The high profile events of the past couple of years from the Jubilee celebrations to the late Queen's passing and their grandfather's Coronation have meant the children have been more in the limelight than they might otherwise."

She then continued: "They can't change their destiny, but they don't have to confront it just yet except on special occasions. So I think William and Catherine have got the balance just right. The children obviously know they were born royal, but they don't have to be in the public eye very often there will be time enough for that. For now, their parents have made it very clear that their priority is to give their children as normal an upbringing as possible."

Striving to give their children as normal a life as possible, their efforts may have been aided along the way by Kate's own commitment to early years development, with her efforts truly attracting global attention with The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.

In 2021, the organisation launched the 'Big 5' survey, a triumph in educating the public about the pivotal first five years of life and the impact of societal challenges like addiction, mental health, and homelessness on a person's development. This initiative was succeeded by 'Shaping Us', a campaign aimed at highlighting the significance of early childhood.

Moreover, the Royal duo is celebrated for their modern parenting style, which breaks away from conventional Royal practices. Prince William and his wife Kate have been vocal advocates for personally caring for their children, minimising dependence on external assistance.

Jennie described their choice as "unusual" yet "enlightened", adding: "You can't undo the destiny you were born into, but you can make life more of a family affair than an upbringing in palaces and castles would allow."
