Princess Eugenie asks British artist to 'whip it out' during saucy nude chat

Princess Eugenie showed off her cheeky sense of humour while chatting with British artist Jake Grewal for an "artists in conversation" for the Yale centre for British art.

When describing his delicate strokes, Jake told Princess Eugenie, 34, that he draws with his eyes almost closed, in a trance-like state, "where we could just kind of, like, whip out, like a nude without even looking at the figure, you know?"

While in fits of giggles, Princess Eugenie saucily replied: "I love that. Whip it out."

Jake responded: "Yeah, like literally."

The rather rare royal fit of giggles occurred as Princess Eugenie continued her quest to champion British art across the pond.

As part of her role as director of Hauser and Wirth, Princess Eugenie will highlight the work of British artists in a series of “artists in conversation” chats which bring together curators and artists to discuss their practices and give insights into their work.

The move comes amid Eugenie's increased profile within the Royal Family to help plug the gap in a struggling slimmed-down monarchy.

Despite stepping in to support her cousin Prince William at a Buckingham Palace garden party recently, it is unlikely that Princess Eugenie will become a full-time working royal.

According to one royal expert, Eugenie is “cautious” about becoming too involved in official work for the Royal Family because she doesn't want it to consume her life.

Former royal butler Grant Harrold said Eugenie is reluctant to take on a more formal role as she has her own career and passions.

“Eugenie is very keen to have her own career and that's something she is very passionate about - so yes, she probably is reluctant to take on Royal duties," said Harrold recently.

Although Eugenie and her sister Princess Beatrice, 35, are not officially working royals, they regularly accompany the Royal Family at public engagements.
