Alvaro Morata: Atletico Madrid player balances a spoon on his ear
Alvaro Morata reportedly isn’t keen on returning to the Premier League amid interest from Arsenal,Tottenham and Newcastle. The Spain international could leave Juventus before Monday’s transfer deadline. But a return to England doesn’t appeal to the striker, who previously spent three years with Chelsea.
Arsenal are keen to sign a new striker with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future in limbo.
The Gabon international hasn’t featured for the Gunners since the beginning of December and Mikel Arteta wants a replacement, having already missed out on Dusan Vlahovic.
Newcastle have already snapped up Chris Wood from Burnley.
Yet Eddie Howe wants another top forward to score goals for his side, with Morata in his sights.
Tottenham are also keen on the Spain international as they look for somebody to ease the pressure on Harry Kane at the tip of Antonio Conte’s attack.

"I started very well at Chelsea, but an injury in the end leaves you a bit stuck.
"You are supposed to be respected by fans, but you know..."
He then added: "At Chelsea there came a time when my team-mates, except for the Spaniards, well... you know, it is not the same when you play and you know that you give a pass to someone who is not going to do as well.
"You do not give the pass in the same way. Everyone who has played football once will understand that.
"I want to stay at Atletico but, contractually, Chelsea can call me back.

"We will see what happens in the negotiations between them, but the two clubs already know what I want.
"I only ask, please, as I said to Atletico, do everything possible to do it as soon as possible. Because I just want to be here."
Morata originally started his career at Real Madrid.
He won two La Liga titles with the Spanish giants, as well as two Champions League crowns.
However, Los Blancos aren’t ready to take him back at present with Florentino Perez saving every penny for Kylian Mbappe instead.
