The Walking Dead season 8 Eagle-eyed fans spot MAJOR spoiler as trailer lets slip big news
THE WALKING DEAD’S new trailer may have spoiled the upcoming fate of the Scavengers, as eagle-eyed fans have spotted some familiar scenes.
The Walking Dead: Season 8 part 2 trailer
The latest trailer for The Walking Dead includes scenes which hint that the Scavengers could be about to get wiped out by Negan’s (played by Jeffrey Dean-Morgan) group.
A shot in the trailer shows Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) being chased by a large group of walkers whilst climbing up a structure at the junkyard.
The junkyard is where the Scavengers have currently settled and created a base of operations.
What’s more, Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) can be seen in a subsequent shot looking emotional, as if she has just been through some trauma.

This is backed up even further with another scene from the trailer including Negan’s Lieutenant, and right hand man, Simon (Steven Ogg).
He is seen at the Scavenger’s base - presumably before the walker’s overrun it - threatening Jadis, and pointing a gun at one of her people.
These scenes could ultimately hint at Jadis being the only Scavenger left, after a firefight breaks out, causing walkers to take over the camp.
This tragedy would follow Jadis’ decision to support Rick’s group in the midseason finale, which Negan most likely did not appreciate.

It’s a very sad farewell, and a farewell that I never thought would happen
In episode eight Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) revealed to Rick and Michonne that he has been bitten by a walker, leaving him doomed.
If this trailer’s scenes are true, Rick will not only be losing his only son, but his new recruits as well.
Carl’s death has sent shockwaves through The Walking Dead’s fans and cast members.
Rumours have recently hit that Carl will not die, as the placement of his bite coincides with his bullet wound.

Andrew recently spoke out about losing his on-screen son, saying: “I’m not going to lie to you, that was sad.
“It’s a very sad farewell, and a farewell that I never thought would happen.”
Daryl Dixon actor Norman Reedus recently spoke about Chandler leaving the show as well, commenting: “I was desperately unhappy.
“I’ve known that kid so long, and it always hurts when you lose a family member on the show. Chandler is definitely a family member to me. I was not happy about it.”
