Natalie Lowe has become the latest star to be eliminated from Celebrity MasterChef tonight
The Strictly Come Dancing professional shocked judges Greg Wallace and John Torode with her spicy meals, as she went up against Keith Chegwin, Scott Maslen, Samira Ahmed and Tom Parker.
The fourth heat saw the 34-year-old dish up lobster tails and a strawberry flambe, the former of which left ringing in John's ears.
After admitting she was a big fan of chilli, Natalie was criticised by Greg: "My pallet was numbed by the heat".
Following the cook-off, the eliminated dancer commented: "I'm sad to be going home, but I wasn't that confident.
