Meghan Markle's decision to start posting pictures of her two children has left one PR expert divided for four main reasons. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have majorly decided to keep Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, three, out of the spotlight.

However, since returning to social media, Meghan, 43, has appeared to break out from her original plan of keeping them entirely out of the spotlight and has posted various pictures of them on her Instagram. Meghan has made sure that their privacy remains her ultimate priority - with each picture appearing to have an object covering their faces or with the children completely turned away from the camera lense.

Speaking of Meghan's decision to post Archie and Lilibet, PR expert Rhea Freeman has explored four aspects in regards to her latest move.

Speaking to the Express about Meghan's decision to make sure thier faces are covered, she said that it could be down to allowing them to lead "normal lives" or to make them unrecognisable out in public.

She also suggested that it could also be strictly down to their safety - or so that Archie and Lilibet can decide for themselves how much public exposure they want as they grow older.

Ms Freeman said: "Whether Meghan and Harry are doing this to help their children lead a more ’normal’ life and prevent people recognising them, whether it’s for safety, or whether it’s so the children can decide what level of exposure they want on social media when they’re old enough to understand.

"There are numerous reasons why ’normal’ people hide their children’s faces, let alone people this high profile."

Ms Freeman's comments come after Meghan's latest post in honour of Mother's Dsy in the US on May 11.

Meghan posted an adorable picture of Archie and Lilibet climbing their "Mama mountain" - giving fans an insight into what her children call her.

The royal also posted a picture of Archie last Tuesday [May 6] in honour of his sixth birthday. The caption alongside her post for her son read: "Our son. Our sun. Happy 6th birthday to Archie! Thank you for all of the love, prayers, and warm wishes for our sweet boy. He’s six! Where did the time go? "(And for all of you who came to celebrate with us at his party last weekend, thank you for making his birthday so incredibly special [love heart emoji])"
