Behind the scenes with the Express at the Coronation
The Coronation today filled royal fans with wonder. The timeless outfits, the flypasts, and Prince William's solemn pledge of allegiance to his father, King Charles III, were just a few moments that evoked a sense of awe and glory in the Crown's loyal supporters. But the day was also filled with happy and adoring moments. Express.co.uk has collected all the most special moments of the young Waleses to help you remember the day.
The first pictures in the collection depict the arrival of the young royals at Westminster Abbey for King Charles's Coronation ceremony.
They also show a serious but seemingly also nervous Prince George performing his role as the Page of Honour.
With fellow page boys Lord Oliver Cholmondley, Nicholas Barclay, and Ralph Tollemache, George carried King Charles's robe throughout the ceremony.
The pictures also show Charlotte and Louis appearing nervous as they enter the enormous Gothic church.
At times, Prince George appears starstruck by the grandiosity of the Abbey, staring above and pointing around during the event.
Charlotte is then shown appearing solemn in the front row of the church and focused as she reads her Coronation programme.
