Prince Harry has shared a rare detail about his daughter Lilibet on a fleeting visit to the UK.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, arrived in the UK alone over the weekend to attend the WellChild Awards 2024 in London on Monday.

His wife Meghan Markle, 43, did not accompany him on the visit and instead opted to stay home at the couple’s Montecito mansion with their children Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.

While Prince Harry did not speak much about his personal life at the awards, he was heard sharing a sweet detail about his daughter Lilibet when meeting seven-year-old Noah Nicholson, who has complex medical conditions and is supported by the WellChild charity.

Noah, who has cerebral palsy, chronic lung disease and other serious health issues, was accompanied by his mother, Tracey Nicholson, 42, from Grimsby when meeting the duke.

At the meeting, Noah was also surrounded by his comfort toys, with Harry instantly recognising one of these - Ratty the Giraffe.

Talking about the toys, the duke called the blanket comforter 'Lovey', a name used in America, and said: "Every parent has about six spares".

He also shared how his daughter is a fan of the toys and told Noah and his mum: "My daughter Lili has these Lovies."

The comment is one of the very few made by Prince Harry regarding his children, with the duke and Meghan Markle choosing to quit the Royal Family and move the young family to California in 2020 to live a more independent life away from the spotlight.

This was a move made by the couple to ensure their children can live a normal life away from the spotlight.

Since then, the couple’s children have rarely been photographed in public, with Harry and Meghan only sharing brief glimpses of Archie and Lilibet in their Netflix docuseries Harry and Meghan, which was released in 2022.

It is believed Prince Harry will be reunited with his wife and children in just a few days after completing a solo visit to Africa straight after this UK visit.
