Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has kept a low profile on his mysterious girlfriend, Erin, who gave birth to their son in April last year.

Last month, Daniel Radcliffe was holding back tears as he thanked his girlfriend for his first Tony award. The Harry Potter star won the gong for his performance in the Broadway musical Merrily We Roll Along, but who is his mysterious partner?
During his acceptance speech, Daniel gushed: "My love, Erin, you and our son are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love you so much. Thank you so much."
The 35-year-old has been dating Erin Darke since they played a couple in the 2013 drama Kill Your Darlings. The pair have kept their relationship relatively private for over a decade and last April, she gave birth to their son.
We do know that the duo live together in New York. Erin has acted in films such as Still Alice, Love & Mercy and on the television side, she's starred in The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel.
In a 2015 interview, Daniel opened up about the moment he started to fall in love with Erin. He recalled: "There’s no acting going on—not from my end, anyway.

"There’s a moment when she makes me laugh, and I’m laughing as me and not as my character. She was incredibly funny and smart. I knew I was in trouble."
While the couple don't make regular appearances on the red carpet, Daniel has never shied away from professing his adoration for Erin.
In 2014, he told Us Weekly: " I think that’s the kind of relationship I always aspire to have with someone I’m in a relationship with. You want that person to be your best friend,” he explained. “In the case of Erin, we definitely are."

Six years later, Daniel opened up about how strong his relationship is. He said to Radio Times: " I grew up doing lots of things where I thought, ‘This is super nerdy. I’ll never be able to do this around a girl.’"
He added: "But that’s the wonderful thing about the moment you find the relationship you’re meant to be in. It’s like, ‘Oh, I can do all of that stuff and you don’t mind. And you actually think it’s fun, too. This is fantastic!'"
There are currently no wedding plans for the couple. Erin told Vulture in 2020: “You do start to dismiss things you read about your partner if you’re pretty sure they’re not true.
"I spent a week once having to text all my family members being like, ‘I promise if I’m getting married, you will find out from me and not Us Weekly.'"
