Cat Deeley has shared a rare video of her children enjoying their family holiday in France together on social media. The 47-year-old is making the most of the summer by spending some quality time with her loved ones.

The presenter and her family jetted off to France earlier this week to get away from rainy England. Cat shared a clip of her sons Milo, eight, and James, five, climbing up a wall while on their trip abroad.

The This Morning star captioned the post: "C'est si bon!" which translates in English to: "It is so good!" In another clip, her two sons were carrying an inflatable dinghy as they walked along a beach with boat paddles.

She also took to her Instagram stories earlier today (Thursday, July 18) to share a clip of her sons jumping into the sea off a floating jetty with inflatables. Their vacation comes after she and her co-star Ben Shephard confirmed they'd be off screens for weeks.

During their summer break for several weeks, a rotation of guest presenters such as Craig Doyle and Josie Gibson will step into host This Morning. Friday regulars Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary will also be presenting more weekday episodes.

Cat and Ben joined This Morning in March after officially replacing Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield following their exits from the programme they'd hosted together for more than a decade.

According to The Daily Mail, Cat and Ben are believed to get a salary of £555,000.

Ben and Cat have been met with a mixed reaction since taking the helm of the ITV programme, with the latter being described as a "fish out of water" by a body language expert.

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Bingo last month, expert Darren Stanton told Express.co.uk: “I still see chinks in Cat’s armour. She sometimes seems a bit nervous, such as recently when she was doing a piece to the camera and she crossed one arm over the other.

"This is a pacifying reassurance gesture. I’ve looked at her American career, where she did some really fast-paced and high-intensity stuff.

"It suggests at times she can feel like a fish out of water, which is surprising considering how intense filming in America can be."

However, he stressed how the rapport between Cat and Ben has "increased" in recent months.
