Celebrity Big Brother star Fern Britton has detailed what she is looking for in a relationship four years after her divorce from Phil Vickery. The former This Morning presenter is believed to have been single since she split with the TV chef in 2020 after 20 years of marriage.
Admitting sex isn't "enormously important" to her the veteran presenter said she wants "to be seen" by her partner. She intimated she hoped to find someone who is "really into" her as a person.
"And then, of course, I'd have to perhaps go for somebody with a big beer tummy and hairy ears," she quipped.
"Well, if I love him, that will be fine! To be seen, that's what we would all prefer," she added in an interview with Women and Home magazine.
In the candid chat the 67-year-old also opened up about her fears of being critiqued between the sheets by any new lover.
"It's more [about] exposing yourself to a stranger's eyes and [thinking], Will I be critiqued badly? Do I want to be critiqued?
"I want the ideal sex, which is romantic, gentle, fulfilling and looking into each other's eyes," she admitted.
She also detailed her very definite turn offs in a lover saying: "No gymnastics, not being given accessories to wear or use, not sex for sex."
Despite having a definite idea of what she wants from a relationship Fern has previously ruled out getting married again. "I don't want to live with anyone – and I don't want to get married again," she told the Daily Mail.

Fern and Phil shocked the showbiz world in 2020 when they announced their split after 20 years of marriage.
Although both claimed it was amicable at the tme nowadays, Fern says she only speaks to her ex when it comes to important issues regarding their 23-year-old daughter Winnie, and nothing personal.
"On those basic levels [we connect], but I don't need to know what he's doing in his personal life. That's not my business anymore," she explained.
Fern also has three other children from her first marriage; twins Harry and Jack, 30, and Grace, 27.
