Stacey Dooley shows off her new shorter hairstyle

Stacey Dooley took to Instagram to share her stunning new look with her 1.3 million followers. The red head, who has been an ambassador for hair products in the past, showed off a chin length bob in a short clip filmed in a car.
Clearly delighted, she captioned it: "Me, really feelin the business with the new bob." Stacey has traditionally sported much longer locks although in recent years her hair length has started to creep up.
This is the shortest the mum of one has ever had it and celebrity friiends were quick to praise the flattering haircut. Pop star Pixie Lott commented: "Love it Stacey!!!" followed by a heart emoji.
Former Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley agreed writing: " So beautiful xxx." Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly simply wrote: "Cutie" followed by two smiling face emojis with hearts for eyes.
Stacey's fans were also loving the new look. @michd2410 gushed:"You look ever so pretty! The haircut really does suit you!"

@loobyloo83_ accompanied their comment with a flame emoji writing: "Love this look. How the hell does your skin look so fresh all the time?! Please share!!"
Meanwhile @tipperary1956 chimed in: "You look absolutely gorgeous with your short hairstyle Stacey your a very sweet lady."
Stacey's hair has been the subject of controversy in the past as she saw herself axed from presenting Glow Up on the BBC after she fronted an advert for Clairol Nice 'n' Easy hair colour.
The adverts, which featured Stacey wearing a leotard while flaunting her freshly dyed hair, reportedly prompted her exit from her hosting role on the BBC Three’s showwhere she was replaced by Maya Jama.
Within minutes of the reports emerging in June 2021 that she was “secretly dropped” from hosting Glow Up as her advert breached BBC rules, she defiantly took to Instagram to promote a hair dye kit she created with the beauty brand.

Within minutes of reports emerging in June 2021 that she was “secretly dropped” from hosting the show as her advert breached BBC rules she defiantly took to Instagram to promote a hair dye kit she created with the beauty brand.

She filmed herself running her fingers through her hair while smiling for the camera at home.

Alongside the video she wrote: “Box freshhhhhhhhhh. My @clairol_uk_ire colour. (YES, I really do use it!)."

“(Obvs have a working relationship w/Clairol but no obligation to post this). And trim by the ACE @eamonnhughes.”
