According to The Sun on Sunday, both clubs are expected to launch enquiries when the transfer window reopens next month.
Bielik, who can play in defence or midfield, is a long way down the pecking order at Arsenal so a loan move is likely to be sanctioned.
He has made two appearances for the Gunners at first-team level.
After playing the full 90 minutes in last week’s Premier League 2 win against Manchester City, Bielik thanked Gooners for their support during his injury woes.
“After three months break and rehab I’m finally back on the pitch,” he said on Instagram. “No better feeling than that.
“Thank you for all warm messages in during injury. I really appreciate it.”
