Ian Wright and Ray Parlour appear to be in agreement about one concern they have about Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta. The Gunners escaped with a 1-0 win over Wolves on Thursday night, despite losing Gabriel Martinelli to a controversial red card.
Arsenal boss Arteta has now seen 15 separate red cards during his tenure, almost double the next Premier League side, Southampton, who have had eight since December 2019.
Brazilian forward Martinelli became Arteta's fifteenth sending off when he was was given two yellow cards in the same passage of play during the second half of the win over Wolves.
In the space of just five seconds, Martinelli pushed over Daniel Podence to prevent a quick throw-in, before sending Chiquinho tumbling as he tracked back, ultimately seeing red.
But in spite of the alarming rate of red cards, legendary striker Ian Wright insists there are no real concerns for Arteta when it comes to discipline.

Wright told Premier League Productions: "Not really, especially when you look at this one and you look at what Xhaka has done.
"Yeah, 15 sounds like a lot… well it is a lot! But at the same time, you look at them and we're not talking about players that are flying in and doing silly challenges and stuff like that.
"This here was a natural reaction from him, he's gone to push him and then the next one he's fouled him. It's not malicious stuff.
