Tottenham: Lengthy contract could cause Kane issues
Tottenham will make ‘major changes’ when Antonio Conte takes over at the club, according to reports. The Italian recently left his post at Inter Milan, despite steering them to the Serie A title. And he’s now poised to succeed Jose Mourinho, who was ruthlessly sacked by Daniel Levy in April.

Kane has grown tired at Spurs’ failure to win the biggest trophies on offer, losing finals in the Carabao Cup and Champions League throughout his time in the capital.
And he won’t be short on suitors.
Manchester City are frontrunners for Kane, especially in the wake of their Champions League final defeat to Chelsea on Saturday night.
Pep Guardiola’s side have lost Sergio Aguero, with the Argentina international heading to Barcelona to join Lionel Messi on a free transfer.

Manchester United are also loitering, though Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho appears to be their priority at the current moment in time.
And Chelsea could yet go in for Kane, too, especially in the wake of Romelu Lukaku’s admission he’d be staying at Inter Milan despite interest from his old side.
Former Rangers boss Alex McLeish recently opened up on Conte, expressing a belief he’d be the perfect fit for Tottenham because of his ‘beautiful coaching’.
“Yeah. He’s got some record. It’s fantastic,” he said.
“When you think of him coming to Chelsea and the Premier League, playing his trademark three at the back.

“He coaches it beautifully, so much so Chelsea go on to have a fantastic season and win the league.
“He’s done it again at Inter Milan when they’ve not won the league for a long time. He’s definitely hot property right now with those two great achievements.
“I know Jose’s done similar but that was 10, 12 years ago.
“Conte, he must have something.
"The system of the three at the back doesn’t look as exciting as a 4-3-3 but it is so effective when you get it right.”
