Neymar: PSG star must sound out Man Utd over transfer after Real Madrid development
NEYMAR must sound out Manchester United over a transfer. Because if he’s underwhelmed by life at Paris Saint-Germain - and a move to Real Madrid appearing dead in the water - it’s the only move that makes sense.
Neymar is a talent, make no doubt about it. Just because he plays for PSG, a team guaranteed to win the Ligue 1 title, shouldn’t deter from that.
Don’t be fooled by his play-acting either. Sure, his theatrics have come to define him, particularly after the World Cup. But he’s a Galactico.
Neymar is supposedly unhappy with life at PSG. And has been ever since touching down from Barcelona in a £200million transfer back in the summer of 2017.
He finds life in Paris good enough - he can be seen making appearances in Casinos in the city - but it’s the standard of football that has made him unhappy.

That was from the Daily Record, too. Not a Brazilian outlet trying to big up their star asset. Not a Spanish or Catalonian publication trying to create noise.
If Neymar wants a challenge, United are the way to go.
The Red Devils would make funds available, no doubt. They’d also enjoy a healthy commercial boost, just like they did with Paul Pogba.
United have never been further adrift of the Premier League’s elite.
But that could work in their favour. Neymar wants a challenge, something that will help him win the Ballon d’Or.
What better club than a United team that finished sixth last season? They could offer him everything he wants.
Big money? Of course. United would pay any Galactico whatever they want, which is what they’ve reportedly told Matthijs de Ligt too.
A starring role? Certainly. Neymar would walk into the team. Particularly when Anthony Martial hasn’t improved in about three years.
Sceptics will say no. Neymar can be trouble (supposedly) but he’s a guaranteed success story waiting to be written.
It’s unlikely the PSG star will consider United as his escape route. But there’s a sense that he will leave the Parc des Princes and Real aren’t interested.
The Barcelona locker room would have him back. Messi himself is said to have endorsed a potential transfer.
But there’s bad blood there from his exit and a legal case still ongoing. A lot of the trouble Neymar is accused of generating is actually the work of exterior forces.
