The third celebrity to join the Strictly Come Dancing bill will be announced during today’s programme, with all the fingers pointing towards Ruth Langsford.
“It could be anybody,” gasped Eamonn. “Has anyone spotted Phillip Schofield in a dance hall somewhere in sequins?”
“He’s not here,” smirked Ruth.
Naturally, speculation was rife among This Morning viewers on Twitter, with Rylan Clark-Neal and Gino D’Campo among the frontrunners with fans.

In fairness, with Strictly, you’re too old
Though, poor Eamonn was left reeling after Ruth revealed that not one viewer tipped him for a stint on the dance floor.
“You know the vast majority of people want me to do it,” he grinned.
Ruth shut him down: “There’s not one.”

Pleading with viewers, Eamonn shrieked: “If you’re worried about the hips, don’t. They’re fully lubricated, ready to go.”
Later, Eamonn ribbed: “In fairness, with Strictly, you’re too old, in fairness.”
Eamonn’s let down comes after he appeared to confirm Ruth has signed up for Strictly earlier today in very telling tweet.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV, while Strictly Come Dancing is expected to BBC One return this Autumn.
