The teen has fallen head over heels for Nathan (played by Chris Harper) and left viewers shocked when she slept with the tanning salon owner.
But now, fans of the ITV soap are set to be stunned when she reportedly accepts his marriage proposal.
In upcoming scenes, Bethany's (Lucy Fallon) mother Sarah (Tina O'Brien) will become even more concerned about her relationship when she checks her social media profiles.
According to MirrorOnline, the mother-of-two will find that her daughter has changed her relationship status to "engaged" on Facebook.

Nathan is also believed to have bought a sparkler for Bethany as he continues to groom her to sleep with others.
It has previously been reported that things will get a lot worse for the schoolgirl as her manipulative boyfriend will try to convince her to have sex with his friend Neil.
A source told the publication: "This is a disturbing storyline and it gets a lot worse before it's going to get better for Beth."
Coronation Street has already received several complaints over the storyline but show runner Kate Oates has stood by the plot as she believes it is an important issue to address.
