Piers Morgan cuts off guest's mic during interview
Piers Morgan was left utterly infuriated after a guest referred to him as an "imbecile". The host was leading a conversation on Israel on Piers Morgan Uncensored, but soon got into a clash with Benjamin Anthony as he said he wanted to give the "final word to Yotam [Vilk]", but was ignored.
Speaking to Yotam, Benjamin said: "You have decided to take your own concerns, your own insecurities and your own fears, which are not well-founded at all, and export them to imbecilic interviewers, like the one that we currently sit in front of."
He accused Piers of "blowing whichever way the wind takes him". The host immediately popped back with: "I think we can all work out who the imbecile is." Piers then raged: "If you don't shut up we are gonna cut your mic, so."

Benjamin did not scale back his argument, prompting Piers to fume: "Shut up and let Yotam have the last word," but that still didn't calm Benjamin down. He fumed back: "You do not speak for them!"
Sticking to his vow the former GMB host quickly demanded: "Oh shut it please, cut his mic." He brushed him away with his hand and the producers quickly cut Benjamin's mic as Yotam was able to continue in his debate.
Benjamin continued to speak, though viewers could no longer hear what he was saying, but as the clip was shared to their X profile, Piers was soon praised by viewers.

Another added: "Good on you Piers!", but others were frustrated with his decision, writing: "Why invite and then cut their mic to shut them up?" A fourth said: "More like, 'I don't like what you are saying in our interview, silence him'."
The TV show has strictly been a YouTube based series, but earlier this month it was confirmed that Piers Morgan Uncensored would have a firm home on Channel 5. Instead of all of it airing on the platform, 5 will air a weekly round-up of the best interviews and debates on the show, tailored to their audience.
Piers said: "Piers Morgan Uncensored has become one of the world’s fastest growing and most popular YouTube news channels, racking up over a billion views in just three years. I’m really excited our show will be crashing onto British TV screens in a game-changing partnership with 5, bringing viewers the most explosive debates, jaw-dropping interviews, and headline-grabbing moments every single week."
