Strictly: Katya Jones says that she could 'kiss' Mike Bushell
Mike Bushell and Katya Jones had the audience on their feet after their Quickstep to Come On Eileen and the Strictly Come Dancing judges were amazing by the presenter’s improvement. After receiving glowing feedback and a score of 32, Katya Jones admitted she could ‘kiss’ Mike for all the hard work and effort he has put in.
After their performance Katya broke down in tears and cried out: “I’m so proud of you” as the pair embraced on the dance floor.
Craig Revel Horwood kicked off the feedback and said: “You’ve come into your own, you really have.”
“You are a different man,” Motsi Mabuse added. “I loved it, you say hard work pays off and I saw it, I saw the dancing, I saw the entertainment, I saw everything I want, you’re going to get some good scores today.”
As they waited for their scores, Claudia Winkleman hugged Katya and praised the professional dancer for “pushing” Mike.

The judges’ scores were then revealed with Craig marking the pair a seven and Motsi giving them a nine.
Both Shirley Ballas and Bruno Tonioli gave the couple eights leaving Mike with a total of 32.
After the score was revealed, Mike asked: “Is this a dream? Is it real?”

Katya remarked: “I could kiss him, I love him so much, he works so hard.”
Stunned, Mike added: “I can’t actually believe it to be honest.”
“It’s an extraordinary score,” Claudia remarked.
