Britain's Got Talent finalists 2019: Who is through to the live shows?
BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT 2019 has its 40 finalists who will all perform in the live semi-finals this week on ITV. The last 35 acts were whittled down by the BGT judges to join their Golden Buzzer acts in the live shows, so who are the Britain’s Got Talent finalists?
Britain’s Got Talent: Boyband get Amanda’s golden buzzer
Britain’s Got Talent live semi-finals kicked off this week on ITV (Sky channel 103) with eight acts performing in each of the five live shows. Each night from Monday, May 27 to Friday, May 31 the actings will be performing but only two can make it to the final. All four of the judges and Ant and Dec chose five Golden Buzzer acts to go straight to the live shows with 35 more performers chosen as the show went along. There were a total of 40 finalists taking part in the semi-finals but only 10 performers will be in the grand final. Here’s who is through to the Britain’s Got Talent live shows and which acts will perform in the BGT semi-finals and who is in the finals.
Who are the Britain’s Got Talent 2019 finalists?
This week has seen the acts whittled down to the finalists over the course of five live shows.
Each evening has seen only two performers securing place while others have been sent home.
There was also controversy as magic act Brotherhood quit Britain's Got Talent ahead of the lat semi-final.

Who are the Britain's Got Talent 2019 semi-finalists?
Britain’s Got Talent’s first five semi-finalists were chosen thank to the show’s Golden Buzzer.
Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Ant and Dec each decided to hit the buzzer for the following acts:
- Kojo Amin (Simon Cowell)
- Akshat Singh (Ant and Dec)
- Chapter 13 (Amanda Holden)
- Giorgia Borg (Alesha Dixon)
- Flakefleet Children’s Choir (David Walliams)
All five acts secured a place in the live shows to be joined by 35 other acts who made it through.

The 35 other Britain’s Got Talent were chosen in the final episode of auditions on Saturday, May 25.

Britain’s Got Talent fans will witness eight finalists take to the stage each night during the BGT semi-finals.
Dave and Finn and the Flakefleet Children's Choir were the two acts to make it through the first Britain's Got Talent semi-final.
The second semi-final results saw 4MG and Siobhan Phillips sail through to the BGT final.
This third semi-final results saw Kojo Anim and Colin Thackery secure their place in the grand final.
While the fourth semi-final results saw Mark McMullan and Ben Hart getting put through.
Once each of the night’s acts have performed it will be left up to the public to vote for their favourite.
Only two acts will be able to make it through each night to Sunday’s Britain’s Got Talent grand final on June 2.
This means a total of 10 performers will proceed to the finale for a chance to perform in front of the Royal Family at the Royal Variety Performance.

While the finalists are bound to leave BGT viewers in awe, the ITV talent contest also has a whole array of A-list performers who will take to the stage during the live shows.
ITV has lined up X Factor winner James Arthur to perform during one of the semi-finals.
Global sensations and South Korean boyband BTS and legendary singer Gloria Estefan will also take to the BGT stage during next week’s live shows.
Britain’s Got Talent fans will also be treated to performances from former star of BBC's Gavin and Stacey Sheridan Smith, Jason Donovan and Susan Boyle.
