Britain's Got Talent: Simon gets confused over golden buzzer acts
ITV last night (Wednesday, May 30) saw the next two acts make it through the third Britain's Got Talent 2019 semi-final. The BGT results last night saw a bookies' favourite leave the competition while a Golden Buzzer act made it through to the Britain's Got Talent final. Britain's Got Talent 2019 has just four slots left in its final now which will be filled in the next two semi-finals.
Who made it through the third semi-final of Britain's Got Talent 2019?
Colin Thackery and Kojo Anim were the two acts who made it through to the finals following tonight's results show.
The former was the winner of the public vote, announced by Ant and Dec.
The latter was sent through to the BGT finals by the judges, who had to choose between Kojo Anim and John Archer.
Simon Cowell chose his Golden Buzzer pick Kojo as did Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon, while David joked he wanted to vote for Angels Inc.
The following acts fought it out in the third Britain's Got Talent semi-final:

- Dance group KNE
- Comic magician John Archer
- Knife-throwers the Gomonov Knife Show
- 89-year-old pensioner singer Colin Thackery
- Stand-up comedian Kojo Anim (Simon's Golden Buzzer act)
- Teenage boyband Chapter 13 (Amanda's Golden Buzzer act)
The two acts who made it through tonight's Britain's Got Talent third semi-final will join the following acts in Saturday's grand final:
Monday: Dog act Dave & Finn and the choir of Flakefleet Primary School
Tuesday: Close-up magicians 4MG andcomedy singer-songwriter Siobhan Phillips
Three nights of Britain's Got Talent 2019 semi-finals remain, with six slots left in Saturday's final.
Dave & Finn are the current bookies' favourite to win Britain's Got Talent 2019, with odds of 7/2 according to Oddschecker.
Third semi-final contestants Chapter 13 were the current joint third favourite for BGT glory.
Before they were eliminated, the band was tied with Flakefleet Primary School at 12/1 to win this year's series of the ITV talent show.
Prior to tonight's results, Colin Thackery was the favourite to win the third semi-final with odds of 1/4.
