Meghan Markle has been hailed by a body language expert for showing "great adaptability" and "high levels of resilience" in her career as the duchess braces for her brand, American Riviera Orchard's hard launch in the future.

The Duchess of Sussex, who will be celebrating her 43rd birthday next week, has ventured out on many different projects aside from her royal duties, like her now-defunct blog The Tig, Netflix, her podcast series with Spotify and Lemonada Media and most recently her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, which is yet to be officially launched.

Now, body language expert Darren Stanton has delved deep into the reasons behind what he called Meghan’s success in her career, as he said he believes her "impact" has been a result of "being able to adapt", "proving people wrong" and "pushing the boundaries".

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Live Casino, the expert claimed the former Suits actress has shown "great adaptability" as well as "high levels of resilience" in her career - which has enabled her to "block out the unnecessary noise" while striving for success.

He explained: "Meghan has had to adapt a lot since being a part of the Royal family and that has only increased with her ventures and projects. As a businesswoman, she’s had to put herself first and think outside the box.

"She’s shown great adaptability in being hands-on, building trust with people and being proactive. Meghan has developed high levels of resilience over time - another key to her success.

"She’s had to prove people wrong along the way, and with that comes a lot of strength to block out the unnecessary noise. This quality has helped Meghan go even further to continue to explore different paths."

Mr Stanton added that the duchess has shown an "ongoing passion" in everything she has done - proving her "heart is at the centre" of many of her ventures.

He said: "Meghan has shown a lot of passion towards everything she has done. Passion is the driving force of striving for success.

"You can see this through the royal displaying feelings of pride and determination through the way she speaks in public, as well as how she carries herself.

"Her genuine smiles show a heightened and ongoing enthusiasm when attending and speaking at public events and engagements.

"She also speaks from the heart when she does make statements. They never come across as inauthentic or carry a pretence."
