Prince Harry has big 'regret' as expert warns about 'consequences'
Prince Harry must be 'feeling the heat' over a major admission he made in his tell-all memoir, a royal expert believes.
Prince Harry must "regret" talking about his past drug use in his memoir, Spare, as his US visa row intensifies, a royal expert has claimed.
The Duke of Sussex spoke about previously using recreational drugs like cocaine, marijuana and magic mushrooms in his book but he found himself in hot water after questions were asked about whether he had declared that on his visa application when he relocated to the US.
A Washington DC-based think tank called The Heritage Foundation wants details of Harry's immigration records to be made public and submitted freedom of information requests to the US Department of Homeland Security to release them.
Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told OK!: "Harry must regret having been so frank about drugs in his book. It really wasn’t a necessary part of the narrative although I understand that he was trying to explain his mental health issues. But admissions like that can have consequences and, right now, he must be feeling the heat.
"In the end, though, I can’t imagine that the USA would actually throw him out. Lawyers would find some way around it, I think. But it must be an unnecessary worry and embarrassment for Harry at the moment."

Royal expert reveals moment Prince Harry and Meghan upset Queen before her death
The only time she has been to the UK was for the Platinum Jubilee, which coincided with her first birthday.
Phil Dampier told The Sun: "I think the main fear that the late Queen had was that when they [Harry and Meghan] turn up, they do tend to turn up with a Netflix film crew or a photographer in tow.
"You always get the feeling that whatever happens, whatever the discussions are, that it's sooner or later going to end up on a programme or some sort of podcast or whatever."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle risk 'diplomatic incident' with major career move
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's trip to Nigeria had led to suggestions that more tours could be in the pipeline.
While this has riled the Royal Family, there are also concerns it could spark a diplomatic incident.
A source told Page Six: "Harry and Meghan’s trip was very interesting since it didn’t fit any of the normally accepted royal categories. This would have given the High Commission in Nigeria a headache. If a prince lands in your patch, officially or otherwise, you have protocol, security and media issues which have to be right.
"[Normally] This would all be part of the planning of a proper royal tour. But Harry and Meghan’s tour showed their 'all about me' media strategy and how they divert from royalty’s role as super ambassadors for Britain.
"When Harry and Meghan break all the usual norms of royal visits, it somewhat looks like the Royal Family can’t manage itself properly.
"A high-profile royal visit overseas has one main function — to promote British interests: diplomatic, trade, cultural and humanitarian. That’s their job.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's timing of latest key move 'not a coincidence'
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's recent trip to Nigeria reportedly coincided with them hiring a new member of staff.
In her place, Charlie Gipson and Kyle Boulia have joined as communications executives.
Royal author Gareth Russell told GB News: " I don't think it's a coincidence that it [the Nigeria trip] comes so soon after their well-publicised hiring of two excellent PR executives.
"This is the kind of thing that they should be doing.
"So it does seem to me that this was a very successful tour all things considered, but there are there will always be people who are critical or sceptical of the Sussexes."
