Eamonn Holmes recently split from his wife, Ruth Langsford, and is currently single. Despite this, there has been a lot of speculation about who he might be dating.

Dawn Neesom, who has worked with Eamonn Holmes many times over the years, addressed the ongoing rumours about his dating life by saying, “He has been there before".

She shared a photo of Eamonn with herself alongside a picture of him with Anne Diamond, and commented, “So lovely to see total legends @EamonnHolmes & Anne Diamond hosting @GBNEWS #Breakfast today.

"But for those worrying about his chances with me on Wednesday… He’s been there before. #GBNews.” (sic)

Someone commented: “Lucky lucky man."

A second questioned: “He’s been where @DawnNeesom.”

Dawn quipped: “Saucy”.

Eamonn and Ruth's split has caused a reported rift in the showbiz world, with factions aligning on both sides since they announced their separation in May.

Ruth is said to have been "blindsided" by her husband's rumoured romance with relationship expert Katie Alexander.

A source told The Sun: “It emerged that Ruth, 64, had chosen to leave Eamonn, 64, after a string of mystery messages and told pals there was no way back” for the marriage.

And allegedly, her friends have accused Eamonn of complicating things for both of them.

A source said: “It is utterly absurd what is being said by Eamonn and his friends, but the sad reality is that the marriage split has caused a fissure among the showbiz community.

“It's 'Eamonn or Ruth', and people are taking sides. The row is incredibly divisive and getting worse.”

The GB News presenter relocated to a new residence after separating from Ruth.

Due to his ongoing mobility issues, Eamonn is now believed to live in a “small flat near a roundabout”, from where he is driven to and from the GB News studios in Paddington, West London.

A source told The Daily Mail: "It's all quite sad. He lived with Ruth in their lovely family home only a few months ago.

"They were having issues, but she took care of him, and he had some sense of normality.

"Now, he is alone in a flat, leading a fairly solitary life. The end of his marriage after such a long time has been something he has found hard to accept."
