Sinclair, who had a loan spell in the Championship with Wigan last season, became Liverpool's youngest player in 2012 when he came off the bench in a League Cup tie at West Brom, aged just 16 years and six days.
He is keen to move away from Anfield in search of first-team football this summer, after making just two appearances all season.
Despite his lack of game time the youngster scored his first senior goal for the Reds in the 2-2 FA Cup third round draw with Exeter in January.
