Ramsey takes his QPR team to Anfield tomorrow in desperate need of a victory against a side who have only managed one win against top-flight opponents in their last six games.
It has meant the Reds' season has fizzled out with their hopes of a Champions League place all but over and having been seen off by Aston Villa in their FA Cup semi-final.
The pressure on Rodgers has been cranked up as a result and Ramsey said: "I don't know if he'll get much more time and, ultimately, with the pressure cooker of football, statistically managers don't stay in their jobs very long.
"He has done a good job. He's a young man and for what he has achieved and how he has influenced the game in England and his bravery, it has been remarkable and the flak that he's getting is unwarranted.
"In August he's going to be a tactical genius again when Liverpool win their first three of four games."
