Conte clarifies media comments ahead of Man City trip
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has already decided who he wants as his next manager if Antonio Conte does decide to leave early, according to reports. Conte has been linked with an exit from Spurs this summer, six months into his 18 month deal. The Italian has cut a frustrated figure at times during his spell in north London.
Spurs have lost their last three matches in the Premier League.
They are in the fifth round of the FA Cup, where they face a trip to Manchester United's conquerors Middlesbrough, but face a tough battle to qualify for the Champions League.
Conte was also unable to lead his side through to the knockout stage of the Europa Conference League.
The 52-year-old didn't bring in the players he wanted in the January transfer window and has spoken out on that subject of late.
