Guardiola comments on Rangnick's appointment at Man Utd
Ralf Rangnick could fulfil one of his former signings' dreams by bringing Amadou Haidara to Manchester United. Rangnick is set to become United's interim manager until the end of the season and could look to solve the club's midfield woes by reuniting with the RB Leipzig star in January.

It will be interesting to see how much influence Rangnick will have on United's January transfer business, given he is only expected to be manager until the summer.
He will be at the club for a further two years in a consultancy role, though, which could mean activity in the winter is likely as he helps form the squad into an aggressive, pressing group.
January is always a difficult time to complete deals for highly-rated players, but Haidara would seemingly say yes to an approach from United.
Rangnick will ultimately have a significant say in any transfer activity for the next few years at Old Trafford, which could be music to Haidara's ears as he eyes his dream move.
