Mikel Arteta after Arsenal's victory against Leicester
Arsenal transfer target Dusan Vlahovic has been described as Europe's best young striker after Erling Haaland by ex-Fiorentina star Christian Vieri. The Gunners are ready to step up their interest in Vlahovic ahead of a potential move as early as January.

Vlahovic burst onto the map last season, scoring 21 goals in 31 Serie A games, and he's showed no signs of slowing down this term.
The Serbia international has already registered 10 goals in all competitions, utilising his towering frame and pinpoint finishing prowess.
And Vieri believes those traits have helped him become Europe's best young goalscorer - aside from Haaland.
He told Gazzetta dello Sport: "Vlahovic, after Haaland, is the best striker in Europe for his age. He is a top striker and will score 20 goals easily next season."

Fiorentina head coach Vincenzo Italiano has hit back at the mass speculation over Vlahovic's future, insisting he's firmly focused on his current club.
"We are talking about a guy who has scored eight goals in 11 appearances even if, during some games, we were not able to provide service properly," Italiano explained.
"I don't read papers. I've heard about Arsenal, Tottenham, City, Juventus and Milan.
"They are just rumours and not too credible for me, the guy is highly focused and he wants to do well."
