Solskjaer previews Man Utd v Liverpool in Premier League
Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher insist Manchester United will be out of the title race if they lose to Liverpool this afternoon. United head into the clash sixth in the table, eight points behind leaders Chelsea. Liverpool would move into second with victory and go within a point of the Blues.
United haven't won any of their last three matches in the top flight.
Liverpool, meanwhile, remain the only unbeaten side in the division.
United legend Neville is confident his former side can pick up a result today.
However, he has doubts over the Red Devils' title credentials and reckons a Liverpool win would already be the final nail in the coffin for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men.

"If United sit here at the end of the day eight points behind Chelsea, seven behind Liverpool, six behind City, it would be a devastatingly bad start," Neville said on Sky Sports.
"I think it would be a terrible start to the season. For me, it would be the unthinkable.
"I don't think United can win the title if they win today, so it doesn't change my mind.
"But in terms of confidence, it would be a really bad one to go that far behind the three main teams."

"But in terms of coming here when they've been going for the league and you think 'go on, make that sort of big step'...
"And I think today is a big game for Liverpool because I don't think too many people think Liverpool can win the league. I think people just see them a little bit short of City.
"They've played two of their rivals already, both of them at home, and haven't quite convinced in those games in terms of performance.
"I think if you come here today and win, go second in the table, a real big game that you've won, I think everyone will stand up and take notice.
"You mentioned before 'if Liverpool win is that United out of the title race?' - 100 per cent that's United out of the title race."
