He has been on fire for Borussia Dortmund this season, with 25 goals in 24 appearances across all competitions.
He will have a release clause of £65m active from the summer of 2022, but a number of teams are interested in signing him this summer in order to beat the queue.

And it seems Los Blancos have a trick up their sleeves in order to do so.
Reports in Spain suggest Madrid want to use Odegaard to help them convince the young striker to sign for them.
Odegaard and Haaland have played together for the Norway side, and are claimed to have a good relationship.

And as a result, Madrid feel their friendship will help convince Haaland to head to the Bernabeau.
Mundo Deportivo claims Madrid officials want to block Odegaard from signing for Arsenal permanently as a result.
Odegaard is currently on loan at the Emirates and has looked impressive.
His performance against Benfica in the Europa League gave Gunners fans confidence that he can fill the void left by Mesut Ozil, who left for Fenebarche this past January.
