Barcelona: Further restrictions put in place as lockdown begins
Barcelona are keen on signing Manchester United flop Diogo Dalot when the transfer window reopens this summer, reports say. The Portuguese right-back has struggled since his move from Porto in 2018. And he could be sold, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer preferring Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Tim Fosu-Mensah at right-back.
Manchester United signed Dalot from Porto back in the summer transfer window of 2018, with Jose Mourinho comparing him to Gary Neville at the time of his arrival.
However, the right-back couldn’t oust Antonio Valencia from the starting XI last season - and has struggled this season.
Dalot made just four appearances for United in the Premier League this term, with Wan-Bissaka and Fosu-Mensah both ahead of him in the pecking order.
And ESPN say Barcelona have showed an interest in the 21-year-old, with the La Liga giants on the lookout for reinforcements after a turbulent campaign.
They failed to win the La Liga crown, missing out on the title to fierce rivals Real Madrid.

Phil Jones will also be allowed to leave the Theatre of Dreams, having failed to realise the potential shown during the Sir Alex Ferguson era.
And Marcos Rojo will be offloaded permanently having spent the second half of the season on loan with Estudiantes back in Argentina.
Meanwhile, regarding incomings, Sancho and Grealish as the club’s main two targets.
But Solskjaer has previously admitted that transfer plans for next season are ‘up in the air’.
He said: “Quite a lot of planning going on. When do we start the league? That is obviously determined by how far we go in Europe, so you can’t really decide on the training programme.
