Man Utd: Cavani ‘won’t change club’s destiny’ says pundit
Manchester United have Edinson Cavani on a list of four transfer targets following Marcus Rashford's injury, according to reports. And Borussia Dortmund's Paco Alcacer is another player on United's list.
The club's board have reportedly been drawing up a list of transfer targets since Thursday, when Rashford hobbled out of their 1-0 FA Cup win over Wolves.
And Solskjaer, speaking ahead of tonight's Premier League showdown with Burnley at Old Trafford, has spoken out on the England international.
“Marcus is going to get as long as he needs to get fit,” Solskjær said.
“I have got the best medical staff in the country and I am sure when Marcus comes back he will be 100%.”
The United manager also defended his treatment of the 22-year-old, adding: “I never put myself before the team.
