Man Utd decide January transfer stance on £100m target Kai Havertz
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made his decision on a January transfer window move for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz, as Liverpool also plot a move for the youngster.
Manchester United have been watching youngster Kai Havertz in recent months, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer aims to improve the strength of his midfield. But, the Red Devils have sidelined a January move for the 20-year-old, preferring to wait until the summer.

Liverpool have already held talks with Havertz and his agent, about a potential move to the Premier League.
But, German champions Bayern Munich have been touted as the favourites to land Havertz.
The Bavarian giants are renowned for signing the Bundelisga’s best players, including Robert Lewandowski, Leon Goretzka, Serge Gnabry and Joshua Kimmich all in recent years.
But, it’s still unclear whether Havertz would prefer a move to Bayern, Liverpool or United.

Havertz said earlier this year: “I am honest, at some point the next step must come for me.
“But I’m not going to worry about when exactly that will happen.
“I really don’t know yet whether FC Bayern is the next and right step for me. I also don’t know whether foreign countries would not be more suitable for me.
“I really don’t think too much about it at the moment. I have that self-confidence, yes [that I could play for Bayern]. But the same applies to other clubs as well.”
