Leicester have got ‘every chance’ against Liverpool says pundit
Leicester City chopped away at Liverpool’s lead at the top of the Premier League by beating Everton on Sunday. The Reds still sit pretty at the summit, and are the favourites to win the league. Former player Jamie Redknapp outlined why the Reds’ achievements are so impressive.

Guardiola’s side are struggling to match their pace from the last two seasons, in which they secured 100 points and 98 points respectively.
And Redknapp likened them to Arsenal’s invincible of 2003/04, when they clocked 90 points and won the league by 11 points.
The player-turned-pundit explained that the Citizens’ past successes have led to heightened expectations, and that is why they are perceived as struggling.
Writing in his Daily Mail column, Redknapp praised City, despite the 11-point-gap.

Liverpool could play nine games in December, depending on how the Club World Cup plays out.
Whereas Leicester will only have seven games - and Redknapp explained why this could give the Foxes the upper hand.
“Jurgen Klopp will see City as their primary rivals because of their strengths but you cannot write off Leicester — not after what they achieved in 2016,” he continued.
“Brendan Rodgers' side also haven't got the Champions League to distract them, so that makes them even more dangerous.”
