The 28-year-old Arsenal striker suffered an ankle injury at the beginning of September during the Gunners’ 2-2 draw with Tottenham.
However, Emery confirmed Lacazette had trained with the team on Thursday and off the back of that session the Spaniard admitted there is a chance the striker could feature in the clash against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.
“Today is Lacazette’s first training back with us,” Emery said yesterday.
“He finished it well and he's feeling well with his injuries. Tomorrow we will be training again and he will be with us. We will decide.
It's positive for us that he's started training and that he's a possibility for Monday

Lacazette was in good form before suffering the injury, the France international had scored two goals in three appearances, and Emery is pleased to now have another attacking option to choose from.
“The most important thing is that first he is training,” Emery continued.
“Then secondly it's whether he can be with us and it depends how he can feel in the next days training with us, whether his ankle is not giving him any more problems.
“It's positive for us that he's started training and that he's a possibility for Monday.

“I don't know whether he's ready for 90 minutes or on the bench.
“We'll decide that over the next days, but it's very important for him to come back to training with us.”
Despite Arsenal having issues at the back this season, they have conceded 11 goals in eight Premier League matches, Emery has guided his side to third in the table before the international break.
However, he is not underestimating his next opponents and insisted his side will be facing a “difficult” team on Monday night.
“It really is amazing their performance with the manager and the atmosphere in Sheffield,” Emery said about the Blades.
