According to TMW, Leeds boss Bielsa is tracking Lonwijk and has the youngster down as a viable signing for the summer.
Lonwijk, 19, made his PSV debut way back in 2016 but has not kicked on at the Dutch club.
The midfielder is out of contract at the end of this term, making him a tempting free acquisition for the West Yorkshire club.
But Leeds United face competition from two European heavyweights for the Dutchman’s signature.

TMW report that both Roma and Eintracht Frankfurt are interested in Lonwijk.
Roma are desperate to rejuvenate their recruitment plans after parting ways with transfer guru Monchi earlier this month.
The Spaniard was in charge of their recruitment policy but Roma are now set to overhaul their targets.
A move for Lonwijk could make sense to the Italian club, who may enter a period of austerity in the coming years as they build a new stadium in the capital.
