And the Spaniard revealed the 26-year-old’s departure from the Parc des Princes was largely down to the mega-money signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
"He's a very good player, young but with big experience in Brazil and Paris," Emery said Moura.
“When Neymar and Mbappe were arriving it was very difficult for him.
"Now I think he's happy. He's playing and playing with big performances."

Unai Emery on why he sold Lucas Moura
Moura found first-team football hard to come by after Neymar and Mbappe joined PSG, but he doesn’t bear any resentment towards Emery for picking the duo ahead of him.
“No. I need to respect the decision of the coach,” Moura told The Guardian when asked if he felt like he’d been snubbed by Emery. “I know that it’s difficult for him because he needs to choose 11 players to play.
“I don’t like to look behind. I like to look forward to what I can do, what I can win.

“But now I am happy here. It’s a new chapter in my life, a new challenge.”
Moura admits he was determined to show Emery he was wrong for selling him when he joined Tottenham, saying: “I try to show it – him – at Spurs.
“I forget the last five or six months that I had at PSG. And I like to think about the four years when I was very happy there and I won a lot of trophies.
“The last year was to learn and to grow up. Now I am a more experienced player and more strong.”
