Man Utd news: Gray defends Jose Mourinho after Richard Keys’ Liverpool and Chelsea claim
MANCHESTER UNITED boss Jose Mourinho has been defended by Andy Gray after Richard Keys claimed the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea have moved ahead of the Red Devils.

“Liverpool have moved on, Chelsea have moved on and backwards, and are perhaps moving on again,” Keys said.
“Only Arsenal have been in the decline the same way (as United).”
But Gray pointed out Manchester United finished second in the league last season, ahead of Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal.
“Do you know what Mourinho would say if he was sat right there?,” Gray responded to Keys.

“I mean, that’s a fact. That’s a fact. They were all behind Manchester United.”
Jose Mourinho's style of football at United has often been criticised and former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson pinpointed last season's 0-0 draw at Liverpool as the turning point for supporters.
“Mourinho sets his team up to win a football match,” Robinson said.
“He doesn’t care what the people watching think about his football teams.
