The 70-year-old made a name for herself due to her lifestyle and fitness regimes and made an appearance to promote her latest book.
But, when the interview turned to her weight, viewers expressed concern over the way in which the ladies probed their guest.
Janet Street-Porter and Anne Diamond questioned Rosemary's attitude towards food, which did not go down well with those at home.
One viewer tweeted: "Is JSP trying to insinuate Rosemary has an eating disorder? They need to mind their business. Rude #LooseWomen."

While another added: "Really disliking Ann Diamond's attitude to Rosemary, considering she's made a career being overweight and selling her story #LooseWomen."
Someone else made a comparison between Rosemary and Janet, writing: "Both 70yrs old but Janet looking much healthier than Rosemary."(sic)
It came after Janet asked: "Are you obsessed with dieting?"
When Rosemary assured the panel that she wasn't and viewed food as fuel, Anne pressed: "Are you sure you're not?"
The lifestyle guru asserted: "I'm not obsessed with it. I don't count my calories at all."

Rosemary's interview came after Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon revealed her boyfriend was horrified when a clip of her character Bethany Platt was shown on the ITV show.
The video saw her onscreen boyfriend Nathan Curtis (played by Chris Harper) taking a sexy photograph of her as the grooming plot takes a dark twist.
As the clip was shown on Loose Women, Lucy's beau Tom held his head in his hands and refused to watch the shocking scene.
